They say that in the Old Testament is Jesus concealed but in the New revealed.
Genesis 1:1, "In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth." God made creation and put people in charge of the Garden of Eden. When they failed, God promised that a Saviour would eventually come to reconcile creation back to Himself.
Genesis 3:14-15, "The Lord God said to the serpent, “Because you have done this, cursed are you above all livestock and above all beasts of the field; on your belly you shall go, and dust you shall eat all the days of your life. I will put enmity between you and the woman, and between your offspring and her offspring; he shall bruise your head, and you shall bruise his heel."
God knows the end from the beginning. He had a plan to send Jesus 2000 years ago and He has a plan to send Him again soon. Take courage and have peace as you remember Jesus in the lead up to Christmas. He has all things under control!
