Who or what are you going to serve this year?
Romans 12:1b (NKJV) says, "Present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service." Some people think of Christianity as a religion of choice. But as we demonstrated last year through our Take Time to Think series, being a Christian is a sane, logical and reasonable decision. But it also has implications for your whole life, not just your mind.
The ESV calls being a Christian by offering your life to God as a living sacrifice, "your spiritual worship." If you are truly submitted to the Word of God and the leadership of the Holy Spirit, you will see transformation in every area of your life, whether physical, emotional, spiritual, or in your daily vocation.
The key is a life sacrificed to God. As Matthew 6:33 says, "Seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you."
