A good place to start is visiting your General Practitioner (GP) or doctor, who can connect you up with support.
Many GP clinics now have on-site Health Improvement Practitioners (HIPs), registered health professionals who provides brief sessions (usually less than 30 minutes) that focus on practical strategies to support health and wellbeing. They can also link people to external services.
