Having Faith in the Power of God

The news of the resurrection of Jesus was at first very shocking to the disciples that tested their faith in what they had been taught by their beloved teacher. Jesus then appeared to them to assure their faith and send them out to testify that he has indeed risen from the dead. How can we then have this same faith and be bold to share the good news of Jesus?
